Obzor
A small northern resort where the mountains reach the beach.
Obzor sits at the northern end of the Burgas coast where the foothills come down to the water, giving it a green backdrop the southern resorts do not have. It was Greek Naulochos and Roman Templum Iovis, and pieces of both are still in the town park.
The beach is long and shelves gently. The town is modest, family-oriented and much quieter than Sunny Beach twenty minutes south.
