State Opera Burgas
A working opera and philharmonic house in the middle of town.
Burgas keeps a full opera company and a symphony orchestra, and they perform through the spring. Tickets cost a fraction of what the same evening costs in western Europe.
If there is a performance during your stay, take it — it is the most local thing you can do in an evening.
