The most central place to buy a prepaid SIM. Bring your passport — registration is required by law.

EU roaming means most European visitors need nothing at all. If you are coming from outside the EU, a Bulgarian prepaid SIM with a data bundle costs very little and works along the whole coast.

Identification is required to register any Bulgarian SIM, so take your passport with you.
