Dabov Specialty Coffee
The Bulgarian specialty roaster's Burgas bar — filter and espresso from beans roasted in the country, not a chain blend.
Bulgaria has its own specialty roasting scene, and this is its Burgas outpost: beans roasted in the country, espresso pulled properly, filter if you ask for it. After a late night in the Sea Garden it is the most useful address in the centre.
Coffee in Bulgaria costs a fraction of western European prices, so a good cup here is not a splurge — it is the normal morning.
